FaQ

This blog is quite simple and I shall update it continuously when I get more questions. Lets get started.

Q - How do you generally open when in wsg / dueling?

A - I always open with charge, within the middle or the beginning of my charge I hit my battle shout for extra rage so my first melee swing opens with Bloodthirst which for me, usually does 400 - 600 damage without critting. From there, I either hit Rend or Piercing Howl depending on the situation. From there, I either hit Bloodthirst or Heroic Strike depending on the amount of rage I have generated. At the end of the fight if I am able to, I hit Execute like a mofo until the target is dead in duels, in places like BG, I generally hit Bloodthirst and then Execute to finish them off just in case Bloodthirst doesn't.

Q - Why agility cloak and smelting pants?

A - I prefer having a bit more crit rating than most, In my experience with how my build runs (2 handed fury) 12 AP doesn't make that much of a game breaking difference. you can easily shout every minute for extra str and agi which i find makes up for the lack of 12 ap. even that small amount of extra parry is not game breaking and i find it well worth the trade. the same can be said for the bandit cloak. I find that having a balance to provide just the right amount of burst needed to run my setup is more important than stacking str and stm like many main stream warriors. Rest assured I have mail pants in my bags and I am testing to see which I like more. At the moment however; I prefer smelting pants.

Q - What do you think of all of the 24s, as well as all the Hunters?

A - Neither are a problem. The only problem they bring is that they completely imbalance the battle that they enter. I do not promote, nor do I support 24's of the alliance or horde side. Granted; I will often say I love them for entering the battleground however; it is extreme sarcasm. Most, if not all of the hunters on a alliance and horde side are absolutely horrible players. I may not be the best player, I do try to lead the group I am in into battle and try to organize them as much as possible. I do /laugh, /spit and /goldclap at the bad hunters who s key and can not handle playing another class that requires a bit more skill and dedication to play. I /cackle at the level 24s that I find and /goldclap at them as well, again it takes 4 levels for you to kill me? Hurpdurp, you must be a baddie :3

Q - Why 2 handed over dual wield?

While dual-wield may provide a little more extra rage generation, I am the type of warrior who likes to hit hard, see big numbers, and take down people with ease. I do not like dragging fights within the battleground longer usually than 30 seconds to a minute. Any longer and then someone comes to assist the person I'm trying to take down and it completely turns the tables on me. I know; most people say run with groups and don't get me wrong. I do, however I do find it useful on occasion to rush into the middle of the group that is escorting the EFC and use Piercing Howl and try to take down the healer (if there is one). This generally puts them back 20 - 30 seconds and gives my team some time to react accordingly. In short; more damage, more rend damage, take down healers and people 1v1 really simply.

Q - Why undead? Doesn't Cow or Orc provide more survivability and damage for the warrior class? Why not Blood Elf for the extra rage boost?

A - When I find myself in battlegrounds, I usually see 1 - 3 priests who always use their fear ability. Will of the Forsaken acts as a Insignia for only fear, and then within 30 seconds I can still use my Insignia which I have attached to my first trinket slot. Also; shadow resistance is sexy against other warriors if they are using the weapons that have the shadow bolt proc. Finally; Cannibalize is extremely useful for when your in a 1v2+ situation, you can go om nom nom on the corpse that you just defeated, giving you some more health for your next battle.

Q - Why a bow, why not a thrown weapon against rogues?

A - Simply for the stats, that and I usually never run into a good rogue who kites me with his thrown weapons. I will get one though :3

That is all for now! For the Horde!
